Yield 12 truffles

INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
3 cup Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp Sanding or Shining Sugar

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400.
Keep paper liners in muffin pan.
Lope together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Map apart.
Beat together eggs and sugar unless combined.
Beat in milk, oil, and vanilla unless neatly blended.
Add 1/2 cup of flour combination to chocolate chips and scurry to insure chips are coated in flour.
Beat remaining flour combination into the to moist substances unless staunch combined.
Fold chip combination into batter unless neatly dispensed.
Absorb each liner in muffin pan with batter and sprinkle high with gleaming sugar.
